Gehrki Commercial Real Estate's (GCRE) main focus is in the retail strip center market of the commercial real estate industry.  GCRE was founded in January 2003 by Brian J. Gehrki after 20 years of a proven record in the Arkansas real estate market. 

GCRE is located in Hot Springs, Arkansas approximately 45 miles southwest of Little Rock. This conveniently situates GCRE to easily access all parts of the state.

The goal of GCRE is to provide its clients with the most comprehensive knowledge of all retail markets throughout the State of Arkansas.

In addition to its business activities in Arkansas, GCRE, is currently developing build to suit opportunities in Indiana and Ohio for one of its exclusive clients.

GCRE maintains active real estate licenses in the states of Arkansas, Louisiana, and North Carolina.

Brian Gehrki has worked in the commercial real estate industry for the past 24 years and is Principal Broker of Gehrki Commercial Real Estate (GCRE) of Hot Springs, Arkansas. GCRE was founded in 2003 after 19 years of proven service in the Arkansas real estate market.  GCRE is currently active in site selection for several national credit Tenants exclusively covering the State of Arkansas. In addition, GCRE continues to pursue other real estate brokerage opportunities as well as development of "build to suit" projects throughout the state. Recent development projects include 21 "freestanding" locations for Movie Gallery in Arkansas, Indiana and Ohio.  In addition, GCRE participated in the purchase of approximately 18 acres of land adjacent to Wal-Mart SuperCenter in Malvern for development of a 38,000sf shopping center and 5 out parcels.

Brian began his real estate career in 1983 with Doyle Rogers Company of Little Rock, Arkansas where he was responsible for the management and leasing of a real estate portfolio consisting of approximately 2 million square feet of shopping center space primarily in Arkansas.

Beginning in 1995 through 1998 Brian was employed by, Vogel-Jones Realty. Primary business activities were in general brokerage in the central Arkansas real estate market. Brian participated in transactions involving the relocation of the Little Rock FBI Headquarters, the purchase of the Best Buy location in West Little Rock, Bank of the Ozarks headquarters, purchase of land for the development for Sports Authority and represented a site which was a finalist for the William Jefferson Clinton Library.

From 1999 through January 2003, Brian was employed by PDC / Selig Commercial Real Estate where he established the commercial real estate division for PDC Companies and later became President and Principal Broker of Selig Commercial Real Estate in Hot Springs, Arkansas in 2002.

Cara S. Bellomy is a longtime resident of Hot Springs, a graduate of Lakeside High School and attended Henderson State University and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Cara obtained her real estate license in 1996 and has since been actively involved in the commercial real estate business.

Cara’s responsibilities include office management, construction coordinator and pursuit of new business opportunities for the firm.
